South Korea fund to provide nearly US$44 million for water supply projects in Laos

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/ANN) – South Korea’s Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF) has agreed to provide low interest loans worth almost US$44 million to support water supply development projects in Champassak and Saravan provinces in southern Laos.

This was decided at a meeting between representatives of EDCF and the Lao government that discussed ways to implement these projects.
